Wir wurden direkt vom Hotel abgeholt und konnten am Ende das Auto einfach am Hotel stehen lassen. Das Auto war in gutem Zustand und hat uns für 5 Tage gut über die ganze Insel gebracht. No hidden extras, the price you see is what you pay. I chose a group B car which was a new Renault Clio and it was delivered to my hotel as agreed early the next morning. We hired for 4 days and used it for Loro, Siam and the mountains. Once finished with the car, I Whatsapp them with the Google location (no parking at my hotel) and they picked it up from the street soon after. No hassle at all, communication throughout.
