How and where to pick up the vehicle at Day Airport and if my flight arrives at night?
We only deliver with PREVIOUS RESERVATION in an authorized area in the Airport, in Tenerife south row B6 there is a Meeting Point marked in the Parking Lot, If you provide us with your flight number and arrival time there will always be one of our representatives waiting for you to deliver your vehicle, in daytime and if it is at night we have a place for you to collect the keys and the contract of your car, the night deliveries always with a previous payment guarantee or credit card.
Is it allowed to leave Tenerife with the rental vehicle?
No, the use must be exclusive on the Island of Tenerife.
Can I pick up the vehicle at my hotel?
Yes, whenever you request it in your reservation, it will be delivered to you at the reception of your hotel. In high season there may be a small charge that will be reflected when booking.
Who can drive the vehicle?
ONLY IMPORTANT, it can be driven ONLY by the people that appear in the contract as authorized drivers to do it. We do not usually have a charge for an additional driver, which is why it is always better to put more than one person.
Can you deliver the vehicle to me in a place other than your office?
Yes, in Rent a Car Las Rosas we take the vehicle directly to your hotel or accommodation and you can return it in any other place that if always with a minimum of days and with a small extra charge that will be reflected when booking.
Can I pay the car rental in cash?
Yes, you can do it, you will only be required to present a credit card or a pre-payment as a guarantee in reservations after hours or in specific SEASONS.
Can I receive a quote and make a reservation by phone or e-mail?
Yes, via phone or email we will help you with all the doubts you may have but to obtain a customized budget on this web page in just a few clicks. It is very easy, select the place, date and time of collection and delivery and you will obtain a list with the different vehicles, their respective prices and characteristics. In the reservations or budget that you make in our reservation system, please make sure you write your e-mail address correctly.
Can I pick up the vehicle at any time?
Deliveries are made in the place you have selected, the delivery times are the same as office hours, usually from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 4:30 to 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and holidays can only be made previously arranged deliveries and in the places you have selected. We recommend when you pick up your car in the hotels that to adjust well the natural days and not pay extra days or hours pick up your car in the morning (8 to 12 hours) and as we do not ask you to return by hand only at night it is delivered in the reception of your hotel and you do not have to get up early to return it.
Can I pick up the vehicle in one office and deliver it in another?
Yes, provided that but with a minimum of days and a small extra charge that will go through the system when booking.
Can I book a specific make, model or car color?
No, we can not confirm specific brands, models or car colors or whether the engine of the vehicle will be gasoline or diesel. If we can reserve the car group, that is, all cars within the selected group will have similar characteristics. (You can request a specific model and we will do everything possible to please you, but WITHOUT WARRANTY)
What will I do if the vehicle breaks down?
Our vehicles are delivered in perfect condition and are never older than 24 months. Even so, if you have any problem with your vehicle, you will have a telephone number for assistance service in which we will assist you and solve your problem in the best way and as quickly as possible.
What do I need to be able to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year old(togetehr with pasport or Id).Also we need some valid adress in your country and in Tenerife
What price will they charge me for gas?
No, we don´t charge you for the gasoline that the vehicle has, we provide you with enough fuel so that you can go to the nearest station, as a rule we leave the deposit with between 10 and 12 liters which you must leave again at the time of return the vehicle. You can be charged for the fuel that once communicated that you leave it with the same amount you do not respect it
Will I have to pay any fees for canceling my reservation?
There is no cancellation fee whatsoever we try to have everything confirmed 48 hours before your arrival. Or simply let us know and your reservation will be canceled.
Does the vehicle have air conditioning ,sat nav, or radio cd?
